The 2nd butter I've purchased and I love the moisture. I think the smell is great, not too overwhelming for me. I accidentally left it in my car and of course it melted, but I just popped it in the fridge and it works just fine and still smells good.
I honestly wish I could return it. Very sticky and oily. Not whipped. So I guess I’ll just have to toss it since they don’t give refunds
So the plan was to reach out to someone about getting a refund, but since that’s not an option I’ll just leave a review instead. Obviously this product is a fan fave and that’s totally fine, to each is own. For me it’s very sticky, very oily, and doesn’t spread well/easily, even after mixing. I also see on the site that it says “the worlds best whipped body butter” however there’s not much whipped about it. It’s a pretty standard butter. I have another brand that I got from target and just wanted to compare. It’s actually whipped, like almost whipped cream whipped, and isn’t oily or sticky. I do understand why they can’t do returns, but if someone is unhappy with the product, they should offer at least a partial refund; because now I have product that I don’t like and am not going to do anything with. They say to “choose carefully” as if the website is a scratch and sniff and product test for you to be fully aware before purchasing.
