My product I have I never received , because of the post office it was returned and contacted the company to ask if my order could be reshipped. It has been over a week ago since I contacted the company. I never received no response at all. It is really unprofessional and I have no item or refund. I have at this moment no resolution and never received my item. No assistance from the company if a situation happens that is out of my control as the customer.

The shipping protection is honestly neither here nor there. The shipping itself took weeks. Just overall very disappointed with the purchase. You win some you lose some I guess
